Our chef has prepared a delicious menu based Pacific fresh seafood. We offer culinary fare from our popular Sea Sampler overflowing with shrimp, octopus and fish, to our exquisite Lobster au gratin.
We also offer more casual and kid-friendly options like pizza, chicken and fish nuggets, Fish or Mixed Ceviches and the Solymar original Shrimp 'Burger.
We include a Daily Breakfast Buffet for our guests, as well as outside visitors.
Our buffet offers a variety of options every day like seasonal fruits, cereals, cheeses, cured meats, bread, pancakes, eggs to order and a sampling of Ecuadorian cuisine with "muchines de yucca" (cheese filled yucca popovers) and "bolones de platano" (twice cooked plantains mashed with fresh cheese). As for drinks, our buffet includes: fresh juice, coffee, herbal teas, milk and yogurt.
