In Hotel Solymar's new extension, Isla Sol, we offer meeting space for any type of social or corporate event.
We offer additional services including lunch, dinner coffee breaks, permanent drink station, as well as audiovisual equipment:
Beverages can be provided by the hotel or can be brought from outside, only when the client pays the corresponding corkage fee
The room rental does not involve use of audiovisual or electronic equipment, it has an additional cost.
To confirm your reservation client will need to sign a contract and make a deposit equal to 80% of the entire event and the outstanding balance (20%) should be paid up to 15 days before the event, plus a voucher should be left as security for any event and this will be returned after the event.
No refunds of money or food in case of cancellation of the event or if the number of participants. The contract once signed cannot be changed to decrease the number of participants.
To increase the number of people in the signed contract, the reservations department must be informed in writing 72 hours in advance.
The lounge at assigned depend on the number of participants in the group. This does not guarantee that the meeting space will not be changed.
All decorative materials, liquor and other items brought in by the customer for use in the event, should given to the event coordinator. Once items are delivered to the event coordinator they will verify and draw up a receipt for the items left .
It is clients responsibility to check and remove remaining items the following business day, otherwise the hotel will not be responsible for losses. Event coordinator will also verify and create a memo authorizing the removal of items.
